MEGGER DET24C DIGITAL EARTH GROUND & LEAKAGE ELIPTICAL CLAMP METER TESTER OB

MEGGER DET24C DIGITAL EARTH GROUND & LEAKAGE ELIPTICAL CLAMP METER TESTER OB
A genuine RMS AC current measurement capability up to 35 Amps is also provided by DET24C. A helpful safety feature of the instrument is its capacity to measure the current flowing in an earth wire, particularly in the event that the earth line needs to be unplugged. An arc could form upon disconnection due to a strong current flow to the earth, which could have dire repercussions.

APPLICATION
Without disconnecting the system, earth resistance clamp meters are especially well-suited for measuring earth resistance in a variety of installations, including pylons, buildings, and RF transmitter sites. They can also be used to check and confirm lightning protection systems and almost any installation that has the potential to create a current loop.
