Kaiser Optical Systems Raman RXN2 Reaction Analysis Monitoring
Optical Systems Kaiser Monitoring of Raman RXN2 Reaction Analysis Kaiser Raman technology powers the Raman Rxn2 analyzer, a for-purpose embedded device with integrated Raman RunTime control software. The chemical specificity of mid-infrared (IR) spectroscopy and the ease of sampling of near-IR spectroscopy are both provided by Raman spectroscopy. Vibrational spectra can be obtained in situ using fiber-coupled probes, without sample purging or specialized sampling equipment, thanks to Raman spectroscopy’s operation in the visible or near-IR spectral range.
The sophisticated and cutting-edge technologies that underpin the Raman Rxn2 family of analyzers offer clear benefits over conventional instrumentation. All Raman Rxn2 analyzers come with the HoloPlex advantage, which provides simultaneous full spectral coverage and excellent spectral resolution for better qualitative and quantitative analysis. Real-time data gathering for response analysis and monitoring is made possible by the simultaneous measurement of the whole Raman spectrum, which speeds up analysis.
A special self-monitoring mechanism is used by all Raman Rxn2 analyzers to guarantee the accuracy of every analysis. When system calibration is not required, the analyzer uses self-diagnostics and spectral correction techniques, and it may two-point self-calibrate in harsh conditions. For reliable chemometric tests and equipment calibration transfer, the analyzer’s precision is crucial.
For flexibility in installation, the Raman Rxn2 set of analyzers enables distant fiber-optic connections to probe sampling locations.
The Raman Rxn2 analyzer comes in four different configurations: beginner, hybrid, four-channel, and single-channel. They are all made to work with the Endress+Hauser line of fiber-optic Raman probes.
Raman RunTime
All Raman Rxn2 analyzers come with an embedded control program called Raman RunTime. A real-time, in situ process monitoring and control solution is made possible by its simple connection with common multivariate analysis and automation platforms. Raman RunTime offers clients analyzer data and analyzer control functions using an OPC and Modbus interface.
