The Honeywell SPM Flex Gas Detector is an extractive gas monitoring system that takes gas samples from on-site or remote locations into a Chemcassette based optical gas detection system. We offer a wide range of toxic chemical gas cassette tapes to enable the detection of gases used or generated in semiconductor manufacturing and industrial environments.

SPM Flex detects highly sensitive gases present in your operations, including hydrides, mineral acids and amines. Honeywell’s Chemcassette technology quickly and clearly indicates and physically records the presence of gas, allowing users to avoid costly downtime caused by false alarms.
